Introduction of special bag filter for boiler

JDGM series special pulse bag filter for boiler is developed by our company on the basis of pulse injection bag filter, absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, aiming at the characteristics of boiler flue gas. It has the characteristics of high temperature of boiler flue gas, putty in the point furnace, high sulfur content of boiler flue gas, high corrosion, etc. In the design of the dust collector, the temperature overhigh alarm bypass system, the pre-coating system, the use of circulating vulcanized bed boiler special filter material, etc. This series of dust remover has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, long service life of filter bag, safe and reliable operation. This series of dust remover is composed of different specifications with different chamber numbers and different bag numbers in each chamber. There are two forms of air box pulse and row pulse.

1, pulse off-line dust removal, dust removal efficiency up to 99.99%, no secondary adsorption dust.

2, with pre-coated ash system, in front of the boiler point furnace through pre-coated ash system to dust collector into the quicklime powder or talcum powder, quicklime powder or talcum powder adsorption on the surface of the bag, can ensure that in the boiler point furnace to prevent putty damage to the bag.

3, with high temperature flue gas alarm bypass system, when the flue gas temperature exceeds 160℃, the bypass system is opened, high temperature flue gas will not pass through the bag, so as to ensure that the bag will not be burned out.
